RULES & REGULATIONS

General

Follow all staff instructions.

  • Treat staff and other guests with respect.
  • Report accidents, injuries or safety concerns immediately.
  • Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Deliberate misuse of equipment or facilities is prohibited.

Clothing & Equipment

  • For skiing and snowboarding, participants must wear:
  • Long sleeves
  • Full-length trousers
  • Gloves
  • Appropriate socks
  • Additional protective equipment may be required for certain activities.

Slope Responsibility Code

All slope users must:

  • Stay in control at all times.
  • Be able to stop or avoid others.
  • Give priority to people below them.
  • Avoid stopping in unsafe locations.
  • Look uphill before starting or crossing the slope.
  • Follow all signs, markings and instructions.
  • Respect closed or restricted areas.
  • Recreational Skiing & Snowboarding
  • Participants must be able to:
  • Control speed and direction.
  • Stop safely.
  • Use uplift systems independently.

Staff may refuse slope access where these standards are not met.

Freestyle Activities

  • Use freestyle features only during authorised sessions.
  • Inspect features before use.
  • Use features appropriate to your ability.
  • Ensure landing areas are clear before starting.

 Ringo Activities

  • Remain seated correctly at all times.
  • Follow loading and unloading instructions.
  • Do not deliberately collide with other participants.
  • Do not carry loose items during the activity.

 Under 18’s

  • Parents and guardians remain responsible for children except during supervised activities.
  • Parents and guardians must remain contactable whilst children are participating.

Enforcement

Anyone failing to comply with these Rules & Regulations may be refused participation or removed from an activity.
