RULES & REGULATIONS
General
Follow all staff instructions.
- Treat staff and other guests with respect.
- Report accidents, injuries or safety concerns immediately.
- Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Deliberate misuse of equipment or facilities is prohibited.
Clothing & Equipment
- For skiing and snowboarding, participants must wear:
- Long sleeves
- Full-length trousers
- Gloves
- Appropriate socks
- Additional protective equipment may be required for certain activities.
Slope Responsibility Code
All slope users must:
- Stay in control at all times.
- Be able to stop or avoid others.
- Give priority to people below them.
- Avoid stopping in unsafe locations.
- Look uphill before starting or crossing the slope.
- Follow all signs, markings and instructions.
- Respect closed or restricted areas.
- Recreational Skiing & Snowboarding
- Participants must be able to:
- Control speed and direction.
- Stop safely.
- Use uplift systems independently.
Staff may refuse slope access where these standards are not met.
Freestyle Activities
- Use freestyle features only during authorised sessions.
- Inspect features before use.
- Use features appropriate to your ability.
- Ensure landing areas are clear before starting.
Ringo Activities
- Remain seated correctly at all times.
- Follow loading and unloading instructions.
- Do not deliberately collide with other participants.
- Do not carry loose items during the activity.
Under 18’s
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for children except during supervised activities.
- Parents and guardians must remain contactable whilst children are participating.
Enforcement
Anyone failing to comply with these Rules & Regulations may be refused participation or removed from an activity.
